GETTING TO KNOW YOUR PROPERTY
We assess its location, layout, amenities, condition and the periods during which you wish to make it available for rental.
ASSESSING ITS RENTAL POTENTIAL
We prepare an initial analysis of the property’s positioning, potential rates and estimated rental income. This projection is indicative and does not constitute a guarantee of results.
PREPARING YOUR PROPERTY FOR MARKET
We organise the presentation of the property, professional photography, listing content, pricing and booking calendar.
MANAGING YOUR RENTAL
We monitor bookings, guest communication, day-to-day operations and the ongoing development of the pricing strategy.
CLEAR MANAGEMENT FEES
For full property management, our fee is 20% of rental revenue, calculated after booking platform commissions have been deducted.
Cleaning and linen services are organised by Cham’Concierge but invoiced separately according to the arrangements agreed for your property.
